Any type of head gear is ok. We do have some head gear, but it’s safe to bring your own, so we are not holding up the bouts for head gear.

Striking to the head will only be for more experienced students, and it has to be agreed upon both participates, along with their parents and or coaches.

The match ups will be done the day before. We are trying to get each participant two match-ups (if they would like).

5-8 yrs.
Three 1 min. rounds/ 30 sec. rest

9-12 yrs.
Three 1:30 min rounds / 45 sec. rest

13 yrs. (+)
Three 2 min. rounds / 1 min. rest

Shin guards, mouthguard, gloves, cloth hand wraps ONLY, headgear, cup (boys), personal water bottle, and towel.

A concession stand will be set up for snacks to be purchased. Spectators are welcome and can purchase a $10 day pass (cash only).
